Miss Caitlin is a 22 year old woman who was not content in the office world.
She joined Miss Rachel in September of 2005 and has flourished working with the kids. All the kids adore her. She is energetic, enthusiastic, spirited, silly and straightforward with the kids. She offers much love and attention to each child. She is excellent at getting right down in there and engaging the kids in activities.
